National Positions USA and National Positions South Africa have overlapping client support services. We take this aspect of our operations very seriously and are continually striving to improve communication and feedback with all our varied clients.

The South Africa, Africa and European operations are busy building a new client reporting and service centre that will allow us to log major events during the course of your SEO project and the archive the Ranking Results for your chosen Keyword and Keywords Phrases in your Search Engine Optimisation projects. Our drive is to automate as much as possible within the reporting areas which we believe improves transparency of our products and cuts unwanted/unread reports to a minimum. (Of course you can type in your keyword from one of your SEO Projects and see the results immediately within Google - you'll usually be pleased with the results depending on how far we are along with your SEO Campaign!).

We expect to launch our new secure reporting centre before end July this year. The current reporting centre will be indicated in your current SEO project plan.

Client Support is built around a Project Manager based in LA and a Client Manager based in Johannesburg. Technical Management for your campaign is located in a numbers of centre's around the world. Activity occurs bursts during the lifespan of your project so we expect queries during periods of relative quite; this is usually after the initial on site alterations have been completed and all your content apects have been supplied.
